Dr. L. Solanki is the Principal at Sobhasaria Group of Institutions, Sikar (Raj.), with thirty-one years of teaching and administrative experience. He has served in various roles, including Lecturer, Registrar, Dean, and Principal. Dr. Solanki holds degrees in Electronics and Communication, Digital Communication, and Image Processing from reputed institutions in India. He has authored five books and published twenty research papers. As a fellow member of professional bodies like IEI and IETE, he has delivered lectures at universities in France and Thailand. His areas of interest include Digital Electronics, Digital Communication, Microprocessors, Information Theory, and Image Processing. Due to his extensive experience in the field of education, he has been a member of various academic and professional communities, contributing significantly to their development and bringing valuable insights and expertise to their initiatives.

Dr. Rajesh Gaur, PhD in English Literature from MGS University of Bikaner, is a revered professor at Sobhasaria Group of Institutions, Sikar, with more than 16 years teaching experience in English Literature, Communication Skills, Business Communication and human values.    He has presented and published many papers on English Language, literature and pedagogy. Beyond academia, he mentors aspiring engineers and professionals for self-identification and self-motivation through various skill development activities. A passionate learner and poetry enthusiast, he inspires with her impactful research and commitment to advancing our understanding of humanity and communication. His research on Indian Diaspora in Canada and Africa has reshaped the power of storytelling in shaping societal narratives. A mentor and advocate for student success, he cultivates critical thinking and creativity in every classroom interaction.

Dr. Bineet Sinha, with over three decades of experience in the academic and corporate sectors, his expertise includes Marketing Management, Marketing Analytics, Retail Marketing, Service Marketing, Organizational Behavior, CRM, Consumer Behaviors, and Research Methodology. Dr. Sinha has supervised four scholars to their doctorates, published 14 national and 17 international research papers, and presented at 14 international/national conferences. He is an editorial member of the EDWIN Group of Journals and an industry advisor for Shricommedia Solution Pvt. Ltd. and OM Logistics P. Ltd. An ardent follower of research-oriented institutions, Dr. Sinha believes research should be the basic vision of any institution, benefiting students, academics, and professionals. He emphasizes the importance of creating a compelling vision, improving complementary skills, and inspiring and challenging his team. Dr. Sinha has consistently worked with management institutes and colleges alongside industries, highlighting the significance of research for budding and veteran writers, both offline and online.

Dr. Vikas Bahadur Saxena, the professor of Zoology at Sobhasaria College, embodies a deep passion for environment science and developmental biology. With an M.Phil. from MDS University, Ajmer and Ph.D. from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner and more than 22 years of teaching experience, his expertise spans from hydrobiology to ethology. Known for his engaging lectures and hands-on approach to fieldwork, he inspires students to explore the intricacies of animal behavior and ecological dynamics. Dr. Saxena's research on the freshwater bodies of Rajasthan has earned acclaim, contributing significantly to conservation efforts. He has presented and published papers on Environmental Science in various national and international conferences.

Mr. Nishant Mathur is a distinguished academician with over 17 years of experience in teaching and research. Currently, he serves as Assistant Professor of History and Head of the Department of Arts at the prestigious Sobhasaria Group of Institutions, Sikar. Known for his commitment to academic excellence, Mr. Nishant uses innovative teaching methodologies, integrating traditional classroom instruction with smart classroom technology, field studies and educational tours to enhance the learning experience. He has contributed extensively to academic literature and research, particularly with notable publications in Indian culture. He has also demonstrated creative excellence, having produced a national level award winning film, The Glare, authored an excellent book "Key to Success" which showcases his multi-disciplinary skills. Mr. Nishant's achievements can significantly enhance his academic career by establishing him as a versatile teacher, researcher and mentor. His diverse accomplishments not only establish him as a well-rounded academician but also pave the way for growth, innovation and leadership in his field.

Ms. Nishtha Dutta is an Assistant Professor with over 3 years of teaching experience and 7 years of corporate exposure. She holds an M.A. in English Literature (Honours) and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. Her academic interests include English Literature, Communication Skills, and Human Values. She is associated with the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for the promotion of the Indian Knowledge System, with a focus on Nitishashtra and Arthashashtra. She has served as a guest lecturer at MSU Baroda and is a published author in the anthology Subconscious Feather. Her passions lie in Indian history and literature.

Mr. Nitin Soni is an Assistant Professor of Computer Applications with over 8 years of academic experience and 3 years in the PHP Web Development sector. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Cyber Security from Government Engineering College, Bikaner.His research interests include cybersecurity, AI-driven digital forensics, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and web development.
Mr. Soni has actively contributed to academia through teaching and project supervision & training. He is a recognized Cyber Volunteer under the Ministry of Home Affairs' I4C Program. Passionate about bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world case solution of cyber security.
He has presented and published 20+ research papers in international conferences and reputed journals, particularly focusing on cybercrime, AI, and privacy and attended 17+ workshop and FDP from reputed organizations and institutions. With a flair for digital education, he also runs an educational YouTube channel, DigiSikshak, to simplify complex tech topics for learners.
