Sobhasaria Group launches 21-day in-house internship program for B.Tech students
Sikar: Sobhasaria Group of Institutions, a leading educational institution in the region, inaugurated a 21-day in-house internship program for first-year B.Tech students with the aim of enhancing their technical knowledge, practical skills, and industry readiness. The program was inaugurated with the lamp lighting ceremony by Group Principal Dr. L. Solanki, Sobhasaria College Principal Dr. Harshita Garg, Group Registrar Pradeep Sharma, Dean Skills Dr. Rajesh Gaur, and Department Head Sanjeev Agarwal, in the presence of faculty members and students. Addressing the students, Dr. L. Solanki emphasized that along with theoretical knowledge, practical exposure and industry-oriented training are essential for success in today’s competitive era. Dr. Rajesh Gaur highlighted the importance of teamwork, collaborative learning, and personality development through various activities. Department Head Sanjeev Agarwal informed that students will receive training in areas including web development, digital marketing, spoken English, civil engineering, and consumer rights, focusing on technical skills, communication abilities, problem-solving, and overall development. The institute management stated that such initiatives prepare students for future industry challenges while fostering confidence, innovation, and leadership qualities. Students expressed enthusiasm, stating that the internship will provide them with valuable practical exposure and help bridge the gap between academic learning and professional requirements.
